Total Voting Rights

Following the admission on the 28 August 2008 of the 45,000,000 New Ordinary Shares issued under the Placing announced on 19 August 2008, the total number of ordinary shares in issue and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 503,773,621.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
