Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:

Company's capital includes 266,764,213 ordinary shares with voting rights. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Company as at 6 January 2014 is 266,764,213.

The above figure of 266,764,213 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
