Total Voting Rights

RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), at closeof business on 31 January 2014, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc: * Had 736,535,179 issued ordinary shares of 10p each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc; * Held 16,730,365 ordinary shares in treasury. The voting rights of treasury shares are automatically suspended; and * accordingly, had total voting rights of 719,804,814. The total voting rights figure (719,804,814) may be used by shareholders (andothers with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculationsby which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,or a change to their interest in, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc under the FCA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
