Total Voting Rights 

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, the Company announces that its issued ordinary share capital as at 1 May 2018 consists of 102,624,020 ordinary shares of 2 pence each. No shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 102,624,020.

The above figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
