Total Voting Rights

Following admission today of the new A ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") issued to shareholders in connection with the Further Allotment Option, Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited (the "Company") advises that the Company's issued share capital now consists of 314,547,259 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 314,547,259.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
