Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we hereby notify that Dixons Retail plc's issued share capital consists of 3,661,057,753 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The Company holds no shares in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 3,661,057,753. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Dixons Retail plc, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
