15,912,803 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares")with voting rights. The Company does not have any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The above figure (15,912,803) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, MoPowered Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
