Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive transitional provision 6, Charles Taylor Consulting plc ("the Company") is required to notify the market of the following:

At the date of this announcement, the Company capital consists of 39,665,889 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 39,665,889.

The above figure 39,665,889 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
