Puma VCT 13 plc (the "Company") advises of minor amendments to the Total Voting Rights announcement it released at 4:42pm on 31 October 2022 (under RNS number: 7952E). The reference to the ordinary share capital and total number of voting rights in the Company have been amended to 64,520,373.

Total Voting Rights

Puma VCT 13 plc (the "Company") announces that as at 31 October 2022 its issued ordinary share capital consists of 64,520,373 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each. The Company holds no shares in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 64,520,373.

The above figure of 64,520,373 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
