Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, APR Energy plc notifies the following:

As at 31 January 2014, the Company's issued share capital consists of 94,251,622 ordinary shares of £0.10 each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares") which is unchanged from 31 December 2013. 

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. 

Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 94,251,622. The figure of 94,251,622 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
