TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS - UPDATE

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, as at 31 March 2009, its capital consisted of 63,784,985 ordinary shares with voting rights and 2,533,250 shares held in Treasury. 

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares is 63,784,985.

The above number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
