Savills plc makes the following announcement in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

As at 30 November 2009, Savills plc had in issue 131,841,846 ordinary shares, nominal value 2.5p per share, each with one voting right.

The foregoing figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Savills plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
