UK Total Voting Rights

25 May 2012, London: APR Energy plc advises that, following the exercise of share matching awards, its issued share capital as at 25 May 2012 has increased by 20,000 shares to 78,235,164 ordinary shares of 10p each.

All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights, and no ordinary shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 78,235,164.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denomination for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, voting rights attaching to the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
