Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

The total number of ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") of Portmeirion in issue at the date of this notice is 10,563,030 with each share carrying the right to one vote.  There are 643,074 Ordinary Shares held in treasury and these do not carry any voting rights.  Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 9,919,956.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Portmeirion, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
