Voting Rights and Capital 

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provision 5.6.1, RM plc makes the following disclosure with respect to share capital and voting rights.

As of today RM plc's capital consists of 93,094,708 ordinary shares with voting rights. RM plc holds 28,101 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in RM plc is 93,066,607.  The above figure (93,066,607) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RM plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
