Velti PLC01 November 2007 Velti plc Total Voting Rights and Share Capital For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p of Velti in issueas at the date of this notice is 32,774,138 with each share carrying the rightto one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 32,774,138. Theabove figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculationsby which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,or a change to their interest in, Velti under the Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
