In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

At the date of this announcement, the issued share capital of the Company comprises 324,793,808 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Millennium Copthorne Hotels plc (the "Company") is 324,793,808.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
