Leo Capital Plc11 January 2007 11 January 2007 Leo Capital plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provisions, theCompany advises that, as at 31 December 2006 and at the date of thisannouncement, the Company's issued share capital comprises 286,429,228 ordinaryshares of 10p nominal value each with voting rights admitted to trading. Noordinary shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights inrespect of the ordinary shares is 286,429,228. The above figure of 286,429,228 may be used by shareholders (and others withnotification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which theywill determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or achange to their interest in, the Company under the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
