DAIRY FARM INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (the "Company")total Voting RightsIn compliance with DTR 5.6.1 R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:-At the close of business on 31st December 2009, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,347,700,607 ordinary shares with voting rights of one vote per share. The Company does not hold any treasury shares.
