Third party offer discussions ceased

Ho Chi Minh City - VinaLand Limited ("the Company" or "VNL"), the AIM-quoted investment vehicle established to target strategic segments within Vietnam's emerging real estate market, previously announced on 6 December 2013 the Company was in preliminary discussions with a third party that could potentially lead to an offer for some or all of VNL's ordinary shares, a disposal of some or all of VNL's assets or a transaction with a similar effect. The Company announces today that these discussions with this third party have now ceased. The Board and Manager of VNL remain confident regarding the future direction of VNL and its realisation strategy endorsed in late 2012.
