The Company's subsidiary, Competition Team Technologies Limited, priced the corporate bond ("Bond") guaranteed by the Company in a total amount of USD 1 billion under the Medium-Term Note programme. The offering amount for tenor of 5 years with the fixed interest rate of 3.75% is USD 700 million; for tenor of 10 years with the fixed interest rate of 4.25% is USD 300 million.
