Temporary Suspension Announcement

At the request of its Board, the Company announces that, having experienced a revenue shortfall against market expectations, it has identified what it believes to be a short term funding need. The Board is seeking to determine promptly the appropriate level of funding needed to ensure the continuing development of the business. The Company has therefore requested a temporary suspension of trading in its shares pending clarification of its financial position.

While there can be no certainty at this time as to the availability of funding, the Board is actively examining the funding options available to the Company, including further funding from directors and staff. Avia currently has no borrowings.
