On 23rd February 2011, the Company received notification that, effective on 15th February 2011, the following options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were surrendered by the following Non-Executive Directors:-

·; Andrew Lapping surrendered 250,000 options which were granted on 30th April 2007 at a price of 23.25p

·; Graham Stevens surrendered 250,000 options which were granted on 30th April 2007 at a price of 23.25p
