Supplementary Report - Sale Offer

Further to the previous announcements made by Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) ("Matomy" or the "Company") on April 4 and May 15, 2019 regarding a conditional offer received by the Company for the sale of all of its shares in Team Internet AG ("Team Internet") (90%) to Rainmaker Investments GmbH and a partner designated by it (the "Purchaser" and the "Sale Offer", respectively) (RNS Number 2145V and 9410Y, respectively), the Company hereby announces that the parties have mutually agreed to extend the due diligence period until June 30, 2019, in order to conclude the due diligence and reach an agreed upon definitive agreement. As noted in the previous announcements, the performance of a satisfactory due diligence by the Purchaser is one of the conditions precedent of the Sale Offer.
