Supplementary Prospectus:

The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary prospectus dated 10 January 2008 (the "Supplement") to the prospectus for Premier Renewable Energy Fund Limited dated 17 December 2007 (the "Prospectus") regarding the issue of Ordinary Shares and ZCP Shares in connection with the recommended proposals for the voluntary winding-up of European Utilities Trust plc.

Shareholders in European Utilities Trust PLC have recently received a copy of the Prospectus accompanied by a circular. Consent was initially obtained in Guernsey from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (the "GFSC") under the Control of Borrowing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance, 1959, as amended, for the issue of shares in the Company.

The Company is now being required by the GFSC to undertake a further regulatory application in Guernsey under the GFSC's framework relating to Registered Closed-ended Investment Funds and the supplement deals with this further application.
