The Company was informed on 2 December 2008 that Angstrom Capital Limited holds the total voting rights attaching to 70 million ordinary shares in the Company representing 12.77% of the total voting rights in the Company.

The Company confirms that it has a total number of 548,050,000 Ordinary shares in issue and total number of 548,050,000 voting rights.
