Temporary Suspension
The Company announces that it will not be in a position to publish its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 ("the Audited Accounts") today in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"), but is working to do so as soon as possible. Therefore, in accordance with the AIM Rules, the Company's ordinary shares have been temporarily suspended from trading on AIM.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
