Suspension of listing of Ordinary Shares
This announcement is being published further to the announcement made by the Company on 12 May 2022, and the publication of the circular (the "Circular") to convene a general meeting of the Company on 13 June 2022 setting out proposals for a Members' Voluntary Liquidation of the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") notes that at 7.30 a.m. today the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") suspended the listing of the Company's ordinary shares of 1 penny each (ISIN: GB00BDR05757) (the "Ordinary Shares") on the Official List, and the London Stock Exchange suspended trading in the Ordinary Shares on its Main Market.
In addition, the Company has requested that, conditional on the Resolution being passed, cancellation of the listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Official List and cancellation of admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares on the Main Market will be effective at 8.00 a.m. on 15 June 2022.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Circular published on 12 May 2022.
