Transense Technologies PLC30 October 2006 Transense Technologies PLC Statement re press comment The Board of Transense Technologies plc ("the Company") notes the article intoday's Independent newspaper regarding a potential announcement by Michelinlater this week. The Board confirms that it believes that Michelin willannounce the inclusion of the Company's battery-less tyre pressure monitoringsensors in Michelin's next generation of truck tyres. However, the Board has nocontrol over the timing or content of any announcements by third parties.
