Following changes made to the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the Company is required to disclose its Home Member State for the purposes of the EU Transparency Directive. Accordingly and in accordance with DTR 6.4.2, the Company announces that its Home State is the United Kingdom.
