Norish PLC03 April 2008 Norish plc ("Norish" or the "Company") 3 April 2008 Felixstowe Norish is pleased to announce that it has surrendered its lease to occupy thepremises known as Blocks C/D, Walton Ave, Felixstowe, Suffolk. The premises, which were sub-let on a cost neutral basis to a third party,attracted a market rent of £600,000 per annum with a lease ending in 2014. The decision to surrender the lease agreement falls in line with the Company'sstrategy of exiting the non-food sector which was announced in 2005 and as aresult, the Company's exposure to the long term rental liabilities has been significantly reduced.
