In respect to the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) letter to EFG Hermes regarding the travel ban on Mr. Yasser El Mallawany, CEO of the Company; the Company would like to confirm that Mr. El Mallawany is currently assuming his job responsibilities from the Company's headquarters in Cairo and that no charges of any form have been laid against Mr. El Mallawany. EFG Hermes will continue to disclose relevant information on any developments as they happen.
