Global Gaming Technologies PLC29 April 2005 Global Gaming Technologies PLC Proposed acquisition of Event Data Correlation Limited On 29 March 2005 Gaming Technologies PLC ("Company") announced that it hadentered a conditional agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital ofEvent Data Correlation Limited ("EDC"). The Company stated that it expected topost a circular to its shareholders by the end of April 2005. For administrativereasons the Company is not yet able to finalise its circular but expects to postit to shareholders by the end of May 2005.
