Statement in relation to Cypriot subsidiary
Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), a nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, confirms that its Cypriot subsidiary, Irosta Trading Limited, holds no funds within Cyprus and the Company is not exposed to any financial loss from the recently announced financial levies in that country.
