Issue of Options

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of digital marketing technology and services announces that it has today, issued a total of 8,192,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.98% of dotDigital's issued share capital. The exercise price for these options is 7.25p, being this morning's opening share price. These options are being issued to 103 employees.

Following this issue of options, the total number of share options that will be outstanding is 19,622,000 representing 7.14% of dotDigital's issued share capital.

Included within the above is an allocation to Gordon (Skip) Fidura, who is a Director of the Company, of 552,000 shares, which will bring his entire share option holding to 2,152,000.
