S&P Global Ratings Revises Ooredoo's Outlook to Stable

Doha, Qatar, 12 December 2018: Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. ("Ooredoo") - Ticker: ORDS - notes S&P Global Ratings revised Ooredoo's outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its 'A-/A-2' issuer credit ratings. The change was prompted by the revision of the outlook for the State of Qatar to stable, due to its macroeconomic resilience, and the affirmation of Qatar's 'AA-/A-1+' sovereign ratings.
