Guernsey, 12 October 2015: The Company has been notified that as at 11 October 2015 Altshuler Shaham Group is interested in a total of 2,645,603 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, which represents 4.2% of the total Ordinary Shares currently in issue, and that such shares are held as follows:
