Significant Shareholder Declaration

Cientifica, the AIM-quoted investment company focussing on the acquisition of business making use of advanced materials, graphene and emerging technologies, announces that it was notified yesterday that Mr Bruce Gordon has acquired 1,250,000 ordinary shares in Cientifica, which represents 4.78 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. This represents Mr Gordon's only shareholding in the Company.

Mr Gordon is an adviser to TV Investments 1 Limited, which has an interest in approximately 23.9 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
