13 November 2007 GEONG International Limited ("GEONG" or "the Company") Sign Contracts with Shanghai GM Worth US$1,189,000

GEONG International Limited (AIM: GNG), the AIM listed, China based provider of enterprise content management ("ECM") software and solutions, today announces that it has signed two contracts with Shanghai General Motors ("SGM") worth US$1,189,000.

The first contract, worth US$452,000, is to upgrade SGM's call centre system with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system based on GEONG's PortalAgeTM content management system and infrastructure. GEONG has been working with SGM since 2005, when it originally designed and installed SGM's Dealer Management System (DMS) which is also based upon GEONG's PortalAgeTM infrastructure and will integrate with the new CRM system to help improve service levels for SGM's customers and 400 car dealers across China.

The second agreement, worth US$737,000, is for GEONG to provide SGM with ongoing product and maintenance support for its CRM system and covers the period to November 2008.
