Short Term Loan Facility
The Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the owner, operator and developer of power generation capacity internationally, note the recent rise in the Company's share price; the Company is at an advanced stage of arranging a short term loan of £600,000 (the "Loan"). The Loan is intended to provide the Company with working capital, to allow the Board time to source further, long term funding. There can be no guarantee that the Loan will be successful, a further announcement will be made in due course.
