Share Transfer Completed

Porta Communications plc ("the Company") announces that further to the announcements made on 17 August 2011 and 1 August 2011 the Company has been informed that the transfer of 75,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Raymond McKeeve made on 26 July 2011 has now been completed. Following the transfer Mr McKeeve had an interest in 275,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
