Share Price Movement
The Company notes the movement in the price of its shares and confirms that it is currently in late stage discussions regarding a potential acquisition. The acquisition under contemplation would constitute a Reverse Takeover under the AIM Rules. Accordingly the Company has requested a suspension of trading in its shares, pending resolution of this matter. A further announcement will be made in due course.
