Harvey Nash Group PLC31 July 2006 Harvey Nash Group plc ("the Company") Cancellation of Share Premium Account to enable resumption of Dividend payments At the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29th June 2006 the shareholdersapproved a special resolution to cancel the Company's share premium account,subject to High Court approval, in preparation for the resumption of dividendpayments. We are pleased to announce that High Court approval has been given and that thecancellation became effective on 27th July 2006. The Company is now in aposition to pay dividends and make market purchases of its own shares out of anyfuture profits, in each case as the Directors consider this to be appropriate.
