Triple Point VCT PLC27 October 2005 Triple Point VCT plc Share Capital Changes Triple Point VCT plc ("The Company") announces that on 25 October 2005 theCompany: 1. cancelled 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in thecapital of the Company as a result of the non payment of subscription moniespayable in respect thereof; and 2. allotted 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in thecapital of the Company at an issue price of £1 per share and in respect of whichan application has been made for their admission to the official list. Theseshares were allotted as a result of an exempt offer by the Company to certainpersons after the closing of an offer for subscription of up to 40,000,000ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at an issue priceof £1 per share.
