Share buyback

VinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that on 28 February 2012, pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 14 October 2011, the Company purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at an average price of US$0.57 per share. 

Additionally, on 29 February 2012, the Company purchased 140,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at an average price of US$0.5725 per share. 

Following these transactions, the combined 240,000 Ordinary Shares will be cancelled. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 495,707,622 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 495,707,622.
