27 October 2014VinaLand LimitedShare buybackVinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that on 24 October 2014, pursuant to the share buyback authority added to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association on 10 December 2010, the Company purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of USD0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") each at an average price of USD0.55 per share.Following these transactions, VNL has spent USD31.6 million overall repurchasing 58,742,402 shares which have been cancelled.
