Share Buyback

Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 September 2010 it purchased 178,879 of its Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 407.36 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 2,568,216 of its shares in Treasury and has 321,545,310 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
