FBD Holdings PLC07 June 2007 FBD Holdings plc RULE 9.6.4 ANNOUNCEMENT FBD Holdings plc announces that on 5 June 2007 4,000 shares were transferred outof the Company's holding of treasury shares to an employee pursuant to theexercise of a share option under the FBD Holdings plc Executive Share OptionScheme. The shares were transferred at a price of €3.00 per share. Consequent to the transfer, FBD Holdings plc now has a total of 35,111,399shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 349,807 shares held in treasury.
