AGM Results

Kryso Resources Plc (AIM: KYS), the mineral exploration and development company with gold and nickel-copper projects in Tajikistan, held its annual general meeting today at 10 a.m. at the offices of Speechly Bircham LLP, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3LX (the "AGM"). The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the AGM were duly passed.

Changes to Directors' Offices

The Company announces that at a board meeting prior to the AGM, it was resolved that with effect from 1 July 2012 Leonard Lee will be appointed as the Finance Director of the Company. Leonard Lee is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Lee has an MBA from the University of Rochester in New York and is fluent in Mandarin and English. Before working with Kryso, he successfully set up businesses in Canada and China, and has provided consultancy services to companies such as BASF and DZ BANK.

It was also resolved that with effect from 1 July 2012, Abuali Ismatov will become a Non-Executive Director of the Company and the Chairman of Limited Liability Company Pakrut, the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in the Republic of Tajikistan. Abuali Ismatov is currently an Executive Director of the Company.

About the Pakrut Gold Project

The Pakrut gold project, of which Kryso has 100% ownership, is situated in Tajikistan approximately 12km northeast of the capital city Dushanbe. Pakrut has estimated total JORC compliant resources of 5,020,000 oz Au (assuming a cut-off grade of 0.5 g/t Au) and is located within the Tien Shan gold belt, which extends from Uzbekistan into Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and western China, and which hosts a number of multi-million ounce gold deposits.
