Cape plc, (AIM: CIU) the international provider of essential, non-mechanical support services principally to the energy and mineral resources sectors, held a general meeting earlier today at the offices of Lawrence Graham LLP, 4 More London Riverside, SE1 2AU, London. The Company is pleased to confirm that the resolution to approve the terms of the agreement relating to the purchase by the Company of 250,000 preference shares of £1 each in the capital of the Company for a total amount of £284,200, as set out in the Notice of GM, was duly passed.
